Integra Coal Operations Pty Ltd has been formed as a result of the integration between Camberwell Coal (open cut) and Glennies Creek (underground) coal mines.
The mining site is located 8 kilometers north of Singleton in the Hunter Valley and produces a mixture of premium coking, semi-soft and thermal coals for the export market.

CVRD acquires AMCI Holdings Australia |
CVRD announced, late in April, that it acquired 100% of AMCI Holdings Australia PTY (AMCI HA) for approximately US$665 million. The payment was made after the fulfillment of all previous conditions.
